Terms of Use
Using Mirevoq
You may use Mirevoq only for lawful business purposes and only in connection with data, accounts, and integrations you are authorized to use. You are responsible for your workspace, the people you invite, the permissions you grant, and the security of your account credentials.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Mirevoq. This includes trying to access data or systems you are not authorized to use, attacking or overloading the service, scraping or extracting the service in bulk, bypassing plan or technical limits, reselling access, or using Mirevoq to build a competing product from our service or outputs. You must also follow the terms that apply to any third-party accounts, APIs, or integrations you connect.
Your content and our product
You keep ownership of your workspace content. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Mirevoq, including the software, interface, and service materials, remains our property or our licensors’ property. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mirevoq for your internal business use while your access remains active.
Third-party data and integrations
Mirevoq may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, and data sources that we do not control. Because of that, we cannot guarantee that third-party data or integrations will always be available, complete, accurate, or up to date.
Plans, billing, and changes
Paid access is billed on the terms shown at checkout or in your billing settings. If your plan renews automatically, you can cancel before renewal to stop future billing. Taxes may apply where required.
We may update pricing, features, limits, and product behavior from time to time, especially during the public beta. We may suspend or restrict access for breach, abuse, security issues, failed payment, or legal reasons.
Ending access
If your subscription or access ends, your right to use Mirevoq ends too, except for any limited post-cancellation access, export options, or retention period we may make available.
Disclaimers and liability
Mirevoq is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, except where non-waivable law applies.
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version here. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
